Items We Take For Consignment

  • We will accept merchandise from any end of the home furnishings spectrum as long as it is in great condition and can be priced appropriately.

  • It should have limited wear & tear and have a 'like new' condition

  • Items must be clean. We will not accept items that have stains, odor (smoking, pets, etc.), considerable wear, fading, pet hair, or sun damage.

  • Lamps must be in working order with no damage to the shade and also have an American plug

  • Artwork

  • Chandeliers/Pendants that are in working order with all of the pieces and clean

  • Rugs

  • Dressers / Bedside Tables

  • Dining room furniture

  • Living room furniture

  • Tables

  • Mirrors

WE DO NOT TAKE:

  • Items that have stains, odor (smoking, pets, etc.), considerable wear, fading, pet hair, or sun damage

How to Consign

Welcome to Let's Stay Home! We invite you to consign your furniture and accessories with us for a period of 90 days, where you'll receive 50% of the sale price.

 

If you would like to consign furniture or larger items, please email us photo(s) and any other information such as where the item was purchased, when, any flaws, etc. along with your contact information  to Erin@LetsStayHome.net or you can text the photo(s), and information to 907-331-8180.

From the photo(s) and information, we can estimate a ballpark price, which takes into account not only what you paid for the item, but also what we think we can sell it for.

Accessories can be brought in without prior photos, but we appreciate a quick email/text to let us know.

​

We do markdowns once a month. Check on the status of your consigned items by stopping by, calling or emailing us — we will not call you when your item is purchased. Your cut will be waiting for you in your account for one year after the sold date or a check can be mailed.

​

If your item does not sell in the 90-day consignment period there is  a possibility to renew for another 30-days. You have 14 days to pick up to pick up your item. After the 14 days, the piece will either be donated or become the property of Let's Stay Home.
