Bring in your gently loved furniture or decor and we’ll do the rest. Items are displayed in-store for up to 90 days, with markdowns at 30 and 60 days to help them sell. If your item sells, you receive 50% of the sale price. Checks can be picked up or mailed after the 15th of the following month, or you can choose to use your earnings in-store and get 20% more value. A pickup service is available for a fee—just ask us for details.

  • 1. Do you carry new or custom furniture?
    Both! We specialize in a cozy mix of new, custom, and gently used pieces. Everything is curated with care—no mass-market overstock here—just unique finds that help your space feel personal and inviting.
  • 2. Can I put something on hold?
    We know that sometimes you need a little time to decide. Just check with us in-store and we’ll do our best to work with you. Holds may be available for a short period depending on the item and demand.
  • 3. Do you deliver or help with loading?
    We do offer pickup for consignment items for a fee, and we’re happy to help with loading when we can. Just ask a team member and we’ll see what’s possible based on your purchase.
  • 4. Where are you located and when are you open?
    You can find us at 4240 Old Seward Highway, Suites 8 & 9, right here in Anchorage. Our current hours will be posted on the site and updated seasonally. Come by, say hi, and stay awhile.
  • 5. Do you sell items online?
    No, we’re an in-person experience. We believe home furnishings should be seen, touched, and felt—so everything happens in-store. That way, you always know exactly what you’re bringing home.
  • 1. How does consignment work at Let’s Stay Home?
    We make consignment easy and welcoming. Bring in your gently loved furniture or decor, and once approved, we’ll place it on the floor for customers to discover. We take care of pricing, displaying, and selling your piece. When it sells, you’ll receive 50% of the sale price.
  • 2. How long will my item stay in the store?
    Items are typically displayed for up to 90 days. If it hasn’t sold by then, you may have the option to renew for an additional 30 days. After that, any unclaimed items become the property of Let’s Stay Home and may be donated or repurposed.
  • 3. Do you discount items over time?
    Yes. To help items sell, we apply a 30% markdown after 30 days and a 50% markdown after 60 days. Smaller items under $25 won’t be discounted. In some cases, we may apply an additional 10% to move certain items after they’ve been on the floor for a bit.
  • 4. How do I get paid when my item sells?
    Checks are available for pickup in-store after the 15th of the month for sales made the previous month. You can also choose to leave your funds on account and use them in-store—if you do, we’ll add an extra 20% value to your purchase.
  • 5. What kinds of items do you accept?
    We accept furniture, lighting, rugs, and home decor that are clean, well-made, and full of character. Smaller items are priced at our discretion, while larger pieces may be reviewed with you before we finalize pricing. If you're not sure your item fits, just ask—we’re happy to help.
